Our diverse range of processes including CNC milling, CNC turning, Swiss type turning, EDM, laser welding, laser marking and finishing have allowed our customers develop products efficiently and to a high quality. We utilise a broad range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, cobalt chromium, PEEK, Radal, PTFE, polycarbonate, Ultem and others, providing customers with a wide choice in order to select the suitable properties for their application.
At Caragh Precision we provide precision machined metal and plastic components for medical applications including Orthopaedics, Vascular Surgery, Oncology, Endosurgery and Gastro-intestinal Surgery and General Surgery.
In addition our Innovation Centre provides a flexible service supporting our customers from concept development, through prototyping to full manufacture while ensuring adherence to our quality system and that of our clients. We also provide our clients with engineering services for product and process development in sectors including medical, ICT, automotive, refrigerated services and others.
