Instrumentation
Instrumentation includes alignment jigs and cutting blocks, trials (metal and plastic), handled instruments such as cup introducers, slap hammers, extraction devices, bone distractors and compressors, retraction devices and others.
Implants
Implants include bone screws, pedicle screws, extension pieces, hooks, axle pins and others.
We also have experience in complex assemblies and active mechanical devices for orthopaedic applications.
We offer offer extensive machining and finishing capabilities for the manufacture of orthopaedic instruments and implants for hip, knee, trauma and extremities applications. Our sliding head Swiss type turning centres, CNC machining centres and laser welding capabilities allow us to deliver fully finished parts or assembled instruments.
Laser marking ensures all parts can be uniquely identified to the customer’s requirements while media blasting and tumbling capabilities ensure parts are finished to a necessary standard.
We can work with our clients at a development stage and can take responsibility for overall development or collaborate, for example, in terms of design for manufacturing (DFM).
