Caragh Precision shortlisted for IMDA Skills & Knowledge Awards
Our Innovation Centre has been shortlisted for the annual Irish Medical Device Association (IMDA) awards in the "Skills and Knowledge" category. These awards recognise excellence in different disciplines in the Irish Medical Device industry.
Certification by Japanese Ministry of Health
Caragh Precision has been certified by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour & Welfare, which will allow us to produce and ship non-sterile medical devices to the Japanese market. "This accreditation is further confirmation of the quality of the products we produce and the strength and robustness of our quality systems."

Caragh Precision is pleased to announce that is has achieved certification to ISO 13485:2003 ahead of schedule. Our commitment to the highest standard of quality is evident through our investment in sophisticated analysis and metrology equipment. We place quality at the forefront of everything we do. Our structured electronic quality system, now registered to ISO 9001.2008 & ISO 13485:2003, governs the entire life cycle process irrespective of where you requirement fits.
Caragh Precision Exhibiting at MedinIreland 2009
Caragh Precision will be exhibiting at MedinIreland 2009 on October 20th in Dublin. This event is a national showcase for the indigenous medical device sector in Ireland, with services ranging from product design, precision machining, injection moulding, packaging, sterilisation and others.
Attendees invited by Caragh will get an opportunity to meet these companies in Dublin, followed by site visits to Caragh Precision’s facilities in Galway. All travel and accommodation costs are sponsored by Enterprise Ireland for qualifying attendees.

Through ongoing demand for our design services in both equipment and product design, Caragh Precision’s Innovation Centre continues to expand its capabilities with additions to the team bringing increased experience in medical device design and engineering.
We firmly believe in providing an integrated one stop solution for our customers without compromise in quality and service.
Caragh Precision’s Greener Approach
We have recently commissioned an independent energy audit and are now pleased to announce we are officially a “Green” engineering facility. Results of this audit show that Caragh Precision is 44% more efficient in its energy usage per meter2 than the average industrial standard as defined by the ECOG018 (Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Sites).

Caragh Precision announces the launch of their new website after months of planning and development. Our aim was to build a user friendly website which contained detailed information about our design, development, production and support services we offer customers.
