In pre-production preparation, quality is at the forefront of our minds and depending on customer requirements, Dynamic Control Plans, PFMEAs, Process Validations, First Article Inspection and Device History Records are provided.

Throughout production, traceability is maintained from raw materials to finished device. This in conjunction with in-process inspections and independent QC inspections, ensures quality is maintained throughout the process.

In addition to significant machining capacity we provide Mass Media Finishing, Laser Welding and Marking, Cleaning, Passivation and Cleanroom Assembly.

As your supply chain partner we also facilitate sourcing of standard instruments or instrument transport systems and manage sterile barrier packaging of the device.
